Halloween Series

Halloween | Skeleton

Halloween is finally almost here! I am so excited to have the scariest holiday come around, and share our skeleton we did this year! We did a different take this year on our skeleton and did a bronze look for our skeleton. This is one of my favorite things to do, just being so different from our usual shoots, and helps me step out of the box a little bit!

hope you enjoy it and happy Halloween!

Halloween Series Recap | Emmy Lowe Photo

Ooooooh boy. It's finally Halloween!! I have been so excited for this day (I mean obviously, we've been leading up to it for a month!). As a little celebration of the incredible people who helped make this Halloween series a reality, I wanted to do a little recap to highlight all of the incredible work that we were able to produce as a team. I love these girls so much and am so happy that we were able to spend so much time together on these shoots!

If you would like to see the full sets of any of these shoots, just click the "Halloween Series" tab on the right hand side of the blog!

Haunted Garden | Tessa Barton

Okay so you might remember this beauty from our Owl shoot. Tessa is hands down one of my favorite people to photograph. Her aurora, the way she moves, her incredible sense of style..A photographer's dream, basically. We wanted to revamp our Haunted Garden shoot that we did last year for this year's Halloween series.

Look for a recap of all of this year's Halloween shoots tomorrow morning!

Alice In Wonderland | Halloween Series

SO excited to finally get to share this one.  The set design, the INCREDIBLE models that we were so lucky to have on board with us, and as always the most incredible styling team (team picture maybe made its way into the blog post at the end). I can't pick a favorite part of this shoot, it's just simply one of my favorites that we've ever done. Take a dive into the magical, and a little dark, world of Alice below...

Batwoman | Mom & Daughter Costume

Oh little Honor is such a gem. She made the cuuutest like sidekick to batwoman mom, Destiny. We decided to do this one in my studio, and I love how it turned out! I loved being able to play with the shadows to create a different feel for this shoot! Getting SO excited that Halloween is just around the corner!!!

Hello Fashion | Oscar De La Renta Skeleton

Here's a different little look we did for our Halloween series. Welcome Christine of Hello Fashion Blog, wearing a STUNNNNING Oscar De La Renta gown. Of course we wanted to do something a little more on the elegant side with her, and Jill's makeup once again tied everything together perfectly. She spent a couple of hours hand drawing lace on Christine's decolletage, so she's obviously more than a little talented. Christine's gentleman of a husband, Cody, looked dashing in his ensemble..Perfect for this idea of doing a couple's Halloween shoot.

Edward Scissorhands | Halloween Shoot

Everything has beauty but not everyone sees it. -Edward Scissorhands

We have been sooo excited for this one! Our sweet Haley made the perfect Edward (in the best way!)  I can't thank this amazing team enough for consistently blowing my mind with the styling that they've brought to life. Keep scrolling to see some suburban, lonely Edward magic.

The lovely Foxes featuring Sadie Jane {Emmy Lowe Photo | Halloween Series }

This project is by far one of my favorites. When Sadie, Jill and I started talking about this shoot we decided on foxes, and wanted to be sure we made it unique and not just the same thing we have seen over and over.

Our inspiration and story was a young upper East Side New York mom, who was taking her little girl to her first costume party. We wanted it to read very elegant, sophisticated, and a little higher class. I could not be happier with the turnout.

Ashely Mann did the styling for this shoot and she was so spot on. I was so excited when we went over the theme again because I could envision it all coming together.

Sadie is a dream to work with and luckily one of my best friends. She is beyond beautiful and has made the most beautiful tiny human and they are just perfect for each other. We didn't do a ton of kids this series but we couldn't have imagined this without Reagan. Make sure to check out Sadie's blog! xoxo

Hope you enjoy our 4th shoot from our Halloween Series!
